The oil obtained is characterized by low acidity and richness in polyphenols.
The color is olive green with golden reflections, a fruity, slightly spicy taste with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Our extra virgin olive oil is ideal for seasoning vegetables, fish and meats, but also for the preparation of sauces, gravies and in oil.
