EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The extra virgin olive oil is made through the mechanical cold pressing of our olives, which belong to the most precious Tuscan varieties: Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino.
The oil obtained is characterized by a low acidity and by the richness of polyphenols.
The color is olive green with golden reflections, a fruity taste, slightly spicy and with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Our extra virgin olive oil is ideal for seasoning vegetables, fish and meat, but also for the preparation of sauces, sauces and in oil.
